"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest." -Benjamin Franklin
Born and raised in Gilford, NH, I graduated from Gilford Middle High School in 2000 and then earned a BA in Political Science with a Public Policy Focus and a History Minor from The George Washington University in Washington, DC in May of 2004. After graduating from college and working in DC for a year, I returned to NH to attend to family matters. Then, I quickly got involved in education, and realized that that was where I belonged. After teaching for 3 years at Pittsfield High School, I moved on to teach social studies and coach varsity basketball at White Mountains Regional High School over the next five years. Now, I'm excited to be back in the Lakes Region and working with the students of Gilmanton. In November of 2016, my wife Amanda and I had our first child, a little girl named Natalie Joy.
