Colin and Jessie

I was born in California and both my mother and father are Marine Corps veterans, 4 and 20 years respectively. I have a brother who is a little over a year older and Retired with 34 years in the United States Navy. I graduated from Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury Ma. and shipped off to Marine Corps boot camp in Paris Island South Carolina in June 83'. During my 20 years in the Marine Corps infantry, I met my wife Karen (K-teacher at Bristol Elem.) in Managua, Nicaragua and married in Tokyo, Japan. We have two kids, Colin and Jessie. Colin is a 4 year veteran of the Marine Corps and is currently a lineman with the NH Electric Co-op. Jessie is currently a 1:1 Aid at the Elm st. school in Laconia and going to school for her Masters in social work. I retired from the Marines in 2005 after returning from Iraq and graduated from PSU 3 years later with my PE/Health degree. I worked for 9 years in Campton, at a k-8 school and then at a k-5 for 1 year in Fort Pierce Florida. I have coached boys and girl's teams for 13 years from the elementary to high school level to include soccer, basketball, ice hockey, lacrosse, baseball and softball.

I am extremely excited to be here and feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work in this community. The staff, families and students have welcomed me and demonstrated nothing but positive attitudes and kindness.
