Christopher Columbus and his crew had finally arrived to Asia. Columbus’s predictions implied that they were near china. But there was one problem. The Europeans didn't know about South or North America. So while they thought they were on the coast of somewhere near china, they were in Cuba. While in “Asia,” they found Indians. Fascinated by these islanders, they brought four in the boat, to prove that they made it to Asia. The Indians also showed them pepper. the Indians knew it as a vegetable, but the Europeans wanted the spice. Because they didn't know what either were they brought it back to Europe, and then the pepper plant became a thing. The crew also seized four Indians, for more proof, but sadly their bodies couldn't adapt to the different diseases in the east, so they all passed away.
