This is a gif of cloud fraction from January 2018 to December 2018. Cloud Fraction is satellite observation from space. The satellite can help predict rain and moving hurricanes from looking at the clouds. Clouds are fascinating things. They can make snow, rain, a darker sky, thunder, heat lightning and more. The legend shows how many clouds are in a spot. The very dark blue spots are places that have no clouds. The teal and lighter blue parts are spots that have a descent amount of clouds. Then the super light blue / white parts have a sky full of clouds.
