LOCATION OF HOPKINTON

Hopkinton is located west of Concord in New Hampshire. In other words North of Boston. Hopkinton is west of The Sea Coast. Something in Hopkinton is the HMHS, the Hopkinton Middle High School. The exact location for my classroom is: Latitude~ 43° 13’ 49.70” N Longitude~ 7l°43’ 07.43” W.

PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY

Hopkinton is filled with trees and fields. It is very hilly. It also has lots of ponds and lakes to swim or fish in. You can also find different kinds of tree. Like Oaks, White Pines, Norway Maples, Sugar Maples, Hemlocks, Big Tooth Aspens, Cherry pines, Spruces, and much more. Most of these trees have leaves that turn different colors in the Fall. In the winter, most of our trees will look bare because their leaves fall off for the winter.

CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY

Hopkinton is a town without a lot of big businesses. Like Everyday Café, Dimitris, and more. It is a wealthy town that has a good education system. You often can find local stores. Most people are friendly. There is not a lot of diversity because it is mostly white people. Most families have more than 1 child and also a lot of pets.
