Norway maples are from sweden in 1905 they first spreded to canida and then the U.S. They got here by ship. The norway maple is in hopkinton. Norway Maple is an invasive because it has very low root and it makes it harder for grass to grow under its shade. It is spreding so much because it has seeds that can get cared by the wind esely. The only thing that can be done is cut down all the Norway Maple.
