Norway Maple originated in Europe & Western Asia. This is where they are native too.

Lots of Norway Maples got here by being taken from Europe and brought here, to the United States.

Yes, there are some Norway Maples in Hopkinton, but very few.

They have shallow roots & produce a ton of shade which makes it hard for other plants to grow.
