Here in Helsinki Finland The weather is usually cold and wet and cloudy. And the reason for that is because of were it's located at 60 degrees north. Here as shown in the picture below the hot air is rising up and then it is pushing out to either side after it hits the troposphere, then it sinks back down and then it comes back into the middle and then starts the rotation over again. That is why it us so cold and rainy and cloudy.
