Eligibility: Children must be residents of Chichester, NH and be 5 years old ON or BEFORE September 30th to register for Kindergarten and 6 years old ON or BEFORE September 30th to register for First Grade.

This is our secure formal registration process which includes providing the school with contact information for the child and guardians, medical information for the child, and permission forms for accessing technology and resources at school. This can be completed on a computer or mobile device. The forms provide opportunities to scan/take photos of important documents to upload. Please be sure to have contact information for all guardians, emergency contacts and for your child's physicians at the ready, along with any forms required in Step 2.

Parents who are new to ALMA will create an ALMA account at sau53.almastart.com before beginning the registration process. This process requires parents to sign up for an account, and then check their email or text (depending on their preference) for a verification link.
Parents who already have an ALMA account from another SAU 53 school or from having an older student attending school at CCS, can log in with their existing ALMA Start account. If you need assistance with your login information, please contact dtaylor@sau53.org.

Items indicated with * can be uploaded directly into ALMA Start. If you uploaded all of these documents to ALMA, you do not need to provide hard copies to the school.
Completing ALMA Start forms with a mobile device (smartphone/tablet) allows for uploading directly from the camera. If you prefer, you can submit hard copies to the school instead of uploading in the ALMA Start forms.

Copy of Medical Physical (less than 1 year ago from start date of school)*
Any other documents on allergies/medical needs (please provide hard copy to school if this applies to your child)
Any previous transcripts (if applicable)*
Proof of residency in Chichester, NH (lease/mortgage documents, Utility bill for water, electric, or heating fuel that indicates that the billing is the parent/guardian's name and is being sent to the house, notarized statement of residency, etc- See ALMA form for more details)*
Any court/custody documents and any other official documents pertaining to your child (please provide hard copy to school if this applies to your child)*
Any documents pertaining to 504/IEP (please provide hard copy to school if this applies to your child)

This form is the only form that must be signed in person at CCS. This form is for state records verifying your eligibility to register your child at our school. You will need to have a valid photo ID with you. If you are bringing in other documents listed in Step 2, this can be done at the same time. The office is usually open from 7:30-3:00 on school days. It is recommended to call the office to confirm office hours.
