  • Happy Halloween!
  • Getting ready to present our cities and their 5 themes of geography.
  • Writing some chilling spooky stories.
  • Continuing our personal narratives.
  • Guessing the mystery book with Mrs. Nickerson.
  • It is official, our school skeleton is Indiana Bones!
  • Enjoyed our field trip as archaeologists.
  • Learning about excavation and archaeology.


October 10th, 2019

  • Finishing up NWEA testing.
  • Working towards team USA with our soccer skills in PE class.
  • Learning about the world around us in geography.
  • Had our first raffle of the year! What a success.
  • Reading a few awesome books. Peak, Hatchet, and Holes.
  • Plugging along in math while working on our problem solving skills.
  • We earned another leaf!
  • Halloween themed coloring contest starts just in time for the Halloween Fun Fair.

September 23rd, 2019

  • Halfway through out "Banana Science" experiment.
  • Working hard on our DRAs.
  • Is Bigfoot real? That's what we ask ourselves as we read "Lemonade" in class.
  • Getting to know our math books and math teachers.
  • Picture Day! Tuesday September 24th.

September 6th, 2019

  • Collecting data of some of our favorite things to graph in math class.
  • Began our first read aloud of the school year. "Lemons" by Melissa Savage
  • Earning a few leafs for good classwork and behaviors.
  • Excited to show off our organized desks and great work for our parents on open house night.
  • Built towers for our marshmallows.
  • Working on observations with some fun drawing.
