Strength & Conditioning Camps

We help athletes become stronger, faster & more injury resilient.

This camp is designed to help your child and give them the opportunity to gain a competitive edge. They will improve their overall athleticism and learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle by learning proper lifting techniques, sprinting & agility strategies, and proper nutritional & recovery strategies. We will accomplish this by coaching your child using the latest nutritional and sports performance research.  

Summer Strength & Conditioning 2024 Schedule

Start Date: June 24th End Date: August 16th

Strength Training / Speed & Agility Training (45 - 90 mins) - M, T, W, & TH (Grades 8-12)

 Youth Speed & Agility (45 mins) - Tues & Thurs (Ages 7-12)
