This class allows students to explore the Spanish language and cultures of the world. Students will create a strong foundation of vocabulary, and grammar skills while understanding the language through a comprehensible input method. Reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills are developed in this class with an emphasis on spontaneous listening and comprehension. The significance of bilingualism, cultural mindfulness, and perspectives on our own cultures are also discussed throughout the course.
