About Ms. Megan

Hello! My name is Ms. Megan, and I am very excited to start another year with the preschool team at Lamprey River Elementary School. I am thrilled to be your teacher and I can't wait to get to know you. We are going to have a great year filled with lots of fun, learning, exploring, and adventure. I am so excited to learn all about you, but first I will tell you a little about me!

I live in Nottingham, New Hampshire with my wonderful family and my dog Luke. I received my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2014. Last year, I went back to school to work on my Master’s in Special Education. I absolutely love teaching science and can’t wait for us to do lots of experiments in the classroom. In my free time, I love to travel, go to the beach, take photographs, and spend time with my family.

We will learn so much this year! We will work on counting, learning our shapes, colors, and alphabet! We will also work on our social skills and learn what it is like to come to school. We will strengthen our gross motor and fine motor skills and we will make lots of beautiful art projects!
