Transportation Waivers -

1. Waivers should be completed by the legal parent/guardian ONE DAY PRIOR to the event. 

2. Click Above to find your child's team, and fill out the appropriate waiver. 

3. On the day of the event, check out with the coach before leaving, so all athletes are properly accounted for.
