Middle School students take music for one trimester every year. During that time students work on reading musical notation, composing and performing. In 6th grade students play piano. In 7th grade students play ukulele. In 8th grade students play guitar. If students have their own guitar or ukulele they may bring them into school; however, they are responsible for the care of their own instrument.
