Student Assistance Program

Student Assistance Programs (SAP) are one of the most comprehensive, evidence-based school approaches to preventing and reducing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use. Student Assistance (SAPs) meet with Middle and High School students to teach prevention education and coping skills. SAPs provide students an opportunity to talk about struggles, concerns, fears, and substance misuse in a safe and confidential space.

Here is where you can find information on mental health and substance use disorders, as well as community resources that you can reach out to if you or someone you know is in need.
