Step 1: Slow down, make sure caps lock isn't on. Your login should be your SAU17 email address and your password.
Step 2: Still not working? Email Ms. Ryan (jryan@sau17.net) and Ms. Fenderson (jfenderson@sau17.net) and we will reset your Google password or reactivate your account for you.
Our first "fix" is almost always to turn the Chromebook all the way off and back on again.

If you continue to have issues with your Chromebook, you may need to bring it in for repair. During the time while it is being repaired, we offer loaner devices. Please contact the librarians (jryan@sau17.net or jfenderson@sau17.net) to schedule a time for drop off/pick up.
Your user name in the new gradebook, Alma, is “firstname.lastname” (example susie.smith). Every student was sent a welcome email so if you did not receive one please make sure you check your spam folder. If you did receive one but your password is not working, please click the “forgot password” button and follow the instructions.

The most frequent issue with Zoom is the need to update. Zoom regularly puts out updated versions of the chrome app to fix different bugs.
