ALL ACTIVITIES ARE A La Carte!
Payment dates and amounts:
$45.00 is due on October 21st when you are measured for your cap and
gown. Make checks payable to EHS Class of 2026 please put your student's name on the memo line.
Activities like Senior Social are payment at the door events.
1. Throughout their time at EHS, the class will raise money through fundraisers. The Junior Prom is a major fundraiser for the class. Senior year fundraisers include the Homecoming Dance in September, the Electronics Recycling Fundraiser in November, and the Krispy Kreme sale in December.
2. In February, when senior activities and transportation are booked, student officers and honorary officers will vote on how to use their fundraising.
Generally speaking, student leaders choose to provide amenities for activities (an Aroma Joe's Rush Bar for the Senior Cruise, flowers for prom, special desert for prom), and use the remainder to bring down the cost of individual events.
The rule of thumb is that for every $1500.00 the class raises, the cost of a senior trip is decreased by $5.00 per student. This information will be noted when the costs for each activity is listed on the Spring Senior Activities page. An example of how the Class of 2024 distributed their funds can be found here.
3. Once the cost for spring events are set, an email will be set to parents and students with an electronic signup form. Students will have two weeks to sign up for the activities that they want to participate in this spring.
4. After the signups students and parents will receive an email with the invoice for the cost of the activities that you signed up for. The payment is
due May 1st.
Scholarships are available to those families that are experiencing financial difficulties. These scholarships are administered during the senior year. Please contact Ms. Morse if you need financial help with the cost of class activities.
