Wonders Language Arts program
Wonders has many amazing components to help differentiate your child's learning. There are so many wonderful online components, which will help with remote learning, if needed. This is our second year with the program we are still exploring all of the components and many layers available .

Math In Focus
Video - Some background information for parents from Andy Clark, an author
of the Singapore Math program Math In Focus on bar modeling.
PDF - A description and explanation of how bar models are used in Math In
Focus. This is an overview up to grade 5, second grade material is
covered on the first two and a half pages.
Online Activity - Model and solve word problems. Choose the Thinking
Blocks for addition and subtraction, or Thinking Blocks Jr. You will be
able to select the models you want to work with (start with "Part Whole
Model" and "Comparison Model") and the range of numbers to use.
This site is great if you are trying to help your child practice, and
you are still a little unsure yourself, because it allows you to check
progress at each step.
