Lancer Toolkit

Dear Parents,

In addition to our time in the "Dojo," your child will have access to a wonderful behavior program that I will be implementing this year called Second Step. The tools that will be taught this year include coping skills, problem solving, and empathy. Throughout the year we will work together to teach the kids how to break down problems, explore consequences, and find suitable solutions.

I am really looking forward to using these exciting management tools in the classroom this year!!
