Course: See attached link for view of course: www.tinyurl.com/tricountycourse.

Entries: All races will be chip timed this year. Please let Mr. Middleton know a.s.a.p. if you will be racing, as with the chip timing the league is paying per entered athlete.

Results: Results can be found on the following link: www.3CRaceProductions.com after the race.

Parking: For spectator parking, there will be a table requesting donations to help offset costs of putting on the meet. Any amount is appreciated. Please make sure your families are aware of this so it’s not a surprise.

Rules: The starting line will be marked off and numbered; each school will receive a number coordinated with their starting box. The finish line will be inside the track area, and will only be accessible to timing staff and volunteer workers at the finish line. All coaches, parents and other spectators will have plenty of room around the track and course to follow the runners, and we will provide ample space for tents. Only coaches are allowed on or over the bridge into Mine Falls. No athletes or spectators should be standing on the bridge during races or your teams may be disqualified. Please tell your parents.

Volunteers: In order for the races to run as smoothly as they have in prior years, assistance from volunteers is needed. Each school is responsible for providing at least 2 adult volunteers for general support as instructed by race officials. (Please let Mr. Middleton know a.s.a.p. if you can volunteer..1:30-2:30). All volunteers should report to Finish Line. Please understand that getting help from your school is required in order for this meet to be successful. With the success in previous years, we again ask that each athlete bring a non-perishable or canned food item which will be donated to a local food kitchen. A donation station will be by the concession stand.

Concession Stand: There will be a concession stand available all day next to the bleachers along with t-shirts and sweatshirt sales.

Mandatory Practice: Tuesday through Thursday (Oct. 15-17) after school normal time.
