Campus Houses & Townhouses give the unique opportunity for SAU upper classmen to enjoy the freedom & autonomy of living in a campus house or townhouse while staying connected to campus as a residential student. This opportunity offers a special residential experience where residents live in a campus-owned house (on Gaines St. or Brown St.) or townhouse (on the main campus) and prepare to transition to more realistic post-grad living experiences.
