Radhakka, affectionately called by all the students, staff and parents, she personifies love and care. Not a student has gone out of Sasi without experiencing the love and warmth of Radhakka. Her leadership style is doing and then preaching. Day to day organization operations come under her direct supervision.

Her partnership in making Sasi as a place of thriving positivity, is exemplary and noteworthy. Her long standing dedication for 42 years to promote rural education is alive in the lives of the students. She is seen on campus always pampering children, encouraging them.

B. RAVI KUMAR

Mr Ravi Kumar has imbibed the service motto and dedication of Sasi Brand. A Physicist from Andhra University and an enthusiast in the educational system; he has researched the pedagogy of world class academic programs. His priority is always about the younger generation and needless to say he is passionate, proactive, energetic and visionary.

Ravi Kumar sir has created a long lasting relationship with the corporate world and he has catapulted 1500+ young students' engineering careers and dreams into the success stream. He is loved by thousands of parents and students alike for his no nonsense approach and go getter.

A tech savvy person with thorough knowledge in technology, software and embedded systems, he has created innovation labs and an extraordinary research atmosphere in Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering - Tadepalligudem. He was the man behind promoting MSME and many startups in West Godavari District. It is no surprise that he is the initiator and builder of research and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Godavari Districts

He took on responsibilities at Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering, Tadepalligudem in 2010 created policies to establish quality Educational standards. Besides that, he consulted and partnered with Multinational Companies from the cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai for research and career development. His career guidance and campus selections in the college paved the way to the bright future for many Sasi students.

He made MoUs with many renowned companies, and government agencies in our country and also abroad. By establishing industry sponsored and Govt recognised Research and Development Centers and providing open access to outside students in our region, an ecosystem of innovation is created.

He made a Business programme with a low fee, available to the students of Sasi Engineering College by making an agreement with the World’s Best Business School - Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. His efforts in acquiring prestigious NBA, NAC recognitions and Autonomous status for 10 years at Sasi Engineering College are unforgettable. He succeeded in getting the 2.5 crore rupees grant for establishing NewGen IEDC of Govt. of India as part of encouragement for start up companies. And, his efforts in bringing the Ministry of Micro, small and Medium Enterprise of Govt. of India’s authorized “Business Incubator Centers” to a second class city like Tadepalligudem is highly appreciable.

Taking up a new challenge of transforming Sasi Velivennu campus, he has created SASI 2.0 vision, reinventing the vision of his father Legendary Venu Gopala Krishna garu.

Just a year into Sasi Velivennu, his leadership has already started creating wonders by bagging the best IIT, NEET ranks and seats Sasi has ever had since its inception.

Scoring record ALL INDIA ranks such as 2nd, 4th, 6th etc in IIT JEE Advanced, ALL INDIA 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc in IIT Main, bagging 18 AIIMS seats in NEET-2020 from a single campus of Velivennu showcases his tenacity and resolve for young generation. Mr Ravi Kumar trademark counseling sessions to students are a relief to teen minds.

He has kept the success crown with the resonating title ‘East or West Sasi is Best’. Even at School level his captaincy created a roaring success with over 300 students achieving 10/10 perfect score in SSC exams. He enabled to secure state 1st in POLYCET 2018 along with 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 8th.

He walks the talk. His management style of building leaders is visible in Velivennu Campus. His oratory and mentorship is creating entrepreneur vibes among students and staff alike.

B. LAKSHMI SUPRIYA

A Computers Engineering graduate and with an experience of directing Sasi Engineering College, Day-Scholar and Junior college with utmost dedication, she owns the credit of making even the Day-Scholar Intermediate Students get state first marks.

With a bountiful experience in organizing Educational institutions, she is now striving to make the girl students at Sasi Velivennu achieve high ranks by lavishing prompt attention on them. Security is imperative for girls in Residential Campus and She is matchless in bringing awareness among the girl students about the ways of the society and nurturing their personality not only to top in studies but also to live with values in life. She has made it her daily routine to bring their complexities in education to the notice of the teachers and to see their doubts in subjects get clarified and improve their knowledge in them.

Students cherish interacting with her and get their tensions relieved. Students adore her counseling and guidance.

Hostel and food services are being effectively organized under her personal supervision. She has earned a good name in seeing the food to be delicious and to be served properly to the students. Parents confidently and wholeheartedly leave their children with Supriya mam.
