In order to participate in Boys Volleyball, you must complete the following items:
Complete: 2026 Sheboygan North Boys Volleyball Player Information Form
This is used specifically by Coach Matus for his informational purposes
Complete: 2026-2027 North Student Athletics/Activities Sign-Up (available in June)
When you answer the questions and hit SUBMIT you are signing off electronically, therefore signed paper copies do not need to be turned in
This is used for overall school purposes
Select Volleyball, as well as any other activities you're interested in
Turn in physical or alternate year physical to Mrs. Heidi Prisinger in the North Athletics Office

Parents can check with Mrs. Prisinger regarding what they need
Pay fees for sports in the North Athletic/Financial Office or via Skyward
$35 fee
Parents can pay in person in the Activities Office, cash or check only, Monday - Thursday 7 am - 3 pm
If parents want to pay online with a credit card via Skyward they will not be able to do so until school registration opens
If going to a Prevea Clinic doesn't work, you can try scheduling an appointment through Froedtert FastCare
