At home, create a space for school work and studying.
Keep a regular routine for school work.
Remember to take a break during long study or school work sessions!
Study material in chunks.
Exercise! Try to find different ways to move your body throughout the week!
Eat well! Eating well can help fuel your brain!

The GEAR UP Program is federally funded and is open to 6th-12th grade students at Sheboygan Public Schools. This program provides support and resources to students through high school graduation and into their first year of college.
