Ticket Information

Entry is FREE to all.   Entertainment is FREE to all.   We are excited to offer music, a magic show, a firetruck (subject to availability), a self-serve photo booth, free play on the school playground, a craft station, camaraderie and community building without charge to our guests.   

Tickets are required for games, food and drinks.   Pre-purchase tickets to avoid line-ups during the Fair.   All sales are CASH ONLY and FINAL. 

Pre-Purchase Tickets at St. Augustine School:

• Weeks of September 15 - 19, 22 - 26, 29 to Oct 3  

  • CASH ONLY!

  • 8:30-9am - Entrance to SAS off 7th Ave

  • 2:30-3:30pm - Playground Courtyard

Pre-Purchase Tickets at St. Augustine Parish After Mass:

• CASH ONLY!

• Purchase tickets in Church Foyer After Mass:

  • Sunday, September 21

    • After the 9 and 11 AM Mass 

  • Saturday, September 27

    • After the 5pm Mass 

  • Sunday, September 28

    • After the 9, 11 and 5 PM Mass 

Pre-Purchase Tickets at St. Augustine Parish Office:

• CASH ONLY!

• Purchase Tickets at the Parish Office on Monday to Friday:

  • Monday & Friday:  9 am - 12 noon, 1 pm - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:  10 am - 12 noon, 1 pm - 5 pm

Pricing:

• Tickets are sold as "stamp cards" each worth up to a maximum value of $10.   

• Food, drinks and games at the fair will each have a price and your ticket will be "stamped" as you make your purchases.  

• Please purchase only what you will use as no ticket refunds will be given.  

• Additional tickets may be purchased during the Fair.

How Many Tickets Should I Purchase? 

We recommend each person attending purchase a $10 ticket.  For example, a $10 ticket will purchase:  

• 1 jumbo hot dog ($4), 1 drink ($1), 5 games ($1 each);   OR,

• 10 games ($1 each);  OR,

• 2 jumbo hot dogs ($8), 2 drinks ($2).

Additional Purchase Items:

Some items at the Fair will be available for additional purchase including items from the "Secret Society of Books - A Travelling Book Shop" and "Sarah Draws a Crowd".  Both will take debit/credit and cash.  

While the goal of this event is “community building” and not "fundraising" any proceeds from the Fair will be donated to St. Augustine Parish.
