Evaluation Planning Workshop Series & Coaching
“The evaluation planning workshop series was very valuable and eye opening for our organization! It allowed us to reflect on all of our work and do a deep dive into the programming we offer through Amplify Philly. Having all of our evaluation work centralized in the same place means we have something to use in the future to track and share our impact.”
- Michelle Freeman, Founder & CEO of Witty Gritty
ImpactED's foundational evaluation planning workshop series is designed to support mission-driven organizations in developing an evaluation plan for a specific program or project of their choice. Participants will learn strategies for identifying the outcomes, questions, and evaluation approaches that are most meaningful to their work. By the end of the series, participants will develop a logic model and evaluation plan for a program or project that they can use to track progress, communicate with key stakeholders, and inform ongoing learning and improvement.
When and Where Will it Happen?
We’ll meet via Zoom from 10:00am - 12:00pm including an optional half-hour from 12:00pm-12:30pm for additional work time or questions. Following each session, organizations will meet with their coach to engage in applied learning and build their logic model and evaluation plan.
ImpactED is a center for social impact based in the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies. We equip mission-driven organizations with critical skills and data to accelerate social change.
