Vibrato:
Lady Gaga uses a lot of vibrato throughout her entire performance which can be concluded through both listening to her performance and also analyzing the spectrogram. Specifically, I have counted that she has 35 instances of vibrato. Down below, I have highlighted some clear instances where she uses vibrato.
“At the twilight’s last”
"Stars"
“Through the perilous”
“Gallantly”
"there"
"free"
"brave"
Pitch:
Gaga shows an impressive vocal range in her performance as her average pitch is at 362.98 Hz and her maximum pitch at 489.43 Hz. Her minimum pitch is 135.42 Hz.
Presence of autotune:
Through listening and analyzing Lady Gaga’s performance, it is clear that there is no presence of autotune. Firstly, the quality of the audio is not robotic or synthetic which indicates no autotune since it tends to make the voice sound very polished. There are also slight vocal imperfections which a natural vocal performance would include, since over-corrected vocals might lack these sounding almost unnaturally perfect. There also aren’t any rapid pitch corrections that would also indicate some degree of autotune.
Belting:
There certainly appears to be belting going on, as there are multiple partials after the 2nd prominent partial that have a higher frequency.

Pitch Interruption:
Overall, as seen in the photo, the pitch is pretty smooth with very few interruptions. Some interruptions may also be a result of the audio file (any background noise) and its pitch tracking.
Vibrato:
There is a clear presence of vibrato as seen through the spectrogram. Firstly we can tell through listening to the audio and we can clearly hear her using vibrato. Secondly, as seen through the pictures, there are many clear and consistent oscillations which indicate the presence of vibrato.
Intelligibility of the consonants:
I would say the overall intelligibility of the consonants is fairly intelligible. Consonants are quite smoothed out but you can hear consonants like “r”, “k”, “t”, and“g”. When Gaga sings “glare,” her consonants are definitely less enunciated compared to the rest of the phrase where she enunciates a bit more. She also likes to not enunciate the consonants near the end of the word as much like “d” in “red” and “r” in “glare.”
Singer's Formant:
The highest point as seen through the image is at 52.6 dB at around 485.94 Hz, and then using the cluster of partials at around 3000 Hz we can analyze the presence of singer’s formant. The threshold is thus 52.6 dB - 30 dB = 22.6 dB. Then looking at the partials at around 3000 Hz, we see that it is around 40.1 dB which is quite a bit higher than the threshold so we can conclude that there is moderate to strong singer's formant.
