Climate Discoveries Impact Statement
Climate Discoveries is at the nexus of technology, policy, and ecological resilience, charting a course for informed action and sustainable progress. We transform complex climate research into actionable insights and foster community-driven environmental stewardship.
About The Founder: Selena Scola is an active stakeholder in implementing advanced technologies company-wide for over eighteen years, specializing in business research, development, and growth. Her research efforts focus on the social, economic, and ethical impacts of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) analytics, XR (virtual reality (VR), an augmented reality (AR)).
As we continue to develop technologies that move us into an ever-expanding human machine economy, enhancing our lives in industry and society, it’s imperative that we address the problems of today and not empower them more by blindly building them into the infrastructures of our future.
Personal Mantra: We will either set the canvas for a future of our nightmares, laden with the biases and fears of today built directly into the infrastructure, or we will shape a future filled with wonder, eloquence, grace, and adventure for all to embrace and enjoy. We truly live in an exciting and wonderful time in human history. - Selena Scola
