Hi, I’m Sarah B. Thomas — and I believe stories are meant to leave a mark.
I write Southern love stories with grit, leather, and legacy — the kind that echo through generations and leave your heart a little bruised in the best way. My debut novel, She Loved Them Both: A Love Story in Leather and Dust was born from family whispers and a leather jacket full of memories. It's a story about fire, freedom, and the kind of love that doesn't ask permission.
But books aren’t my only medium. I also create funny, ironic coloring books for grown-ups packed with teacher humor and bite-sized rebellion. I create literary-inspired resources, custom games, and handmade goods that tell their own unique stories. Whether it’s a stitched purse, a journal prompt, or a trait card from a DnD-style game, everything I make is rooted in memory, emotion, and a little mischief.
I live in South Carolina, where the heat clings to your skin and the past clings even tighter. I share my life with my incredible son — a future science teacher attending a local college — and a husband who supports every crazy idea I chase, even the ones that hit me at 3 a.m. and demand to be written before sunrise.
If you’re here for stories that don’t flinch — whether they come in book form, on paper you can color, or sewn into leather — then welcome.
You just found your people.
