Real Sociedad is currently eighth in the Copa del Rey historical ranking. The first King's Cup was won in 1909, defeating Athletic Bilbao. The second copa del rey in 1986, was a great match as they beat atletico madrid 0-2 and the last copa del rey was won in 2019 against real madrid, one of the most complicated matches for the "txuri urdin" team as they suffered until the last moment.

Before winning the second Copa del Rey, Real won its first Primera Division Cup in 1980. They played against Barcelona in one of the most tense matches ever played by Real, Barcelona were winning but in the last minutes Real became stronger and won 2-3. The second first division cup was won in 1981, again beating Barcelona.

1982 was the final of the supercopa de españa won by Real Sociedad. Once again Real Sociedad beat Real Madrid 2-3. The final was played in San Sebastian with the worst temperature to play the final.

In 1948/49 la Real won its first second division cup, playing with one player less and with three yellow cards la Real won against Valencia .

In 1966 the Blue and Whites won their second Second Division Cup against Gijon. 

In 2009/10 it was a big day for Real fans. After defeating Zaragoza, Real Real was promoted back to the first division.
