What do we need to play?

To play soule we need two teams with  15 or 7 people in each team.

A t-shirt, shorts, socks, boots with heels and mouthguard

We play on forests

How long does it last?

80 minuts

What rulers are there?

Two posts separated by 5.6 meters and joined by a crossbar located at a height of 3 meters. The posts must be a minimum of 3.4 meters high, which gives the set of three poles an H shape and a line that crosses the court perpendicularly, from side to side.

How do we play?

the rugby it plays with hands, the pass it mades thriwing the boll to your paner situate beind him or at his height. Forward pass is not permitted
