MISSION.
At Santorini, we work to ensure the very best accommodation is provided for you. It is our mission to engage with families and carers to select or build appropriate accommodation for PWD. Our partner organisations are Sandringham Care and SDA Builders. Together, we can find a great locality near the things that are important to you, lease or build appropriate accommodation that is suitable to your needs. Santorini will work with families to fund these projects and we can assist you to establish a family governed management model for your new home where you and your family or carers have all the say on how the home is operated. Or we can do that for you.
VISION.
We are inspired to create a family governed care provider that works toward to the total security and safety of adolescent and young people with intellectual disabilities. As a parent of a young woman with severe intellectual and communication disability, I accept the challenges facing our children in the future and we will continue with an environment of dependable and caring staff, safe and secure environments with the prospects of an interesting and fulfilled life.
Personal care assistance, transitions to specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living, and finally purpose built long term accommodation that is governed by the families of our clients and in a locality that is close to your family home.
We are a destination where family are not just visitors, and with the assistance of family we are inspired to empower your children and our clients to further their independence and belonging within the community.
