Tryouts will be held Wednesday, December 11; 3:30 - 5 pm.
Parents, please come in for your child. We will have a parent meeting at 5 pm.
I need this form for each participate: English Registration Form or Spanish Registration Form
This form can be printed and brought in on Wednesday, filled out on-line and emailed back to me, or fill out in person at the parent meeting.

Second Open Gym is Saturday, December 14th 8 am - 1 pm @ Eastern Hills Christian Academy
