2. തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത പാഠങ്ങളെ വിശദമായി പഠിക്കുവാനും  ഗദ്യസാഹിത്യ  ഉല്പത്തിവികാസപരിണാമങ്ങൾ സാമാന്യമായി  മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാനും

1. കേരളത്തിലെ ദൃശ്യകലാസംസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ സമ്പന്നതയും  വൈവിധ്യവും തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ

2. കഥകളി, തള്ളൽ, നാടകം, സിനിമ എന്നീ ദൃശ്യകലകളയും അവയ്ക്ക് ആധാരമായ സാഹിത്യപാഠങ്ങളും പരിചയപ്പെടുവാനും
