Bertha Zepeda, the Bullying Prevention Coach from Harmony at Home this year. As the Bullying Prevention Coach, the role is to help schools create a supportive environment where bullying is not tolerated. Also, focusing on making sure adults stay vigilant, staff are trained in positive intervention strategies, and both parents and students know how to handle and report bullying. The goal is to ensure everyone feels safe and supported.
