Booking Agreement

By booking this listing, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in addition to the house rules:


Arrival

If you haven't already, please watch the following playlist on Youtube . It is quick and will make your stay much easier!

Directions: Once on Apache Plume, turn East onto Desert Plume Trl. Go to the end of the road and turn into the last driveway on the left marked 13 B on a blue sign. You will need to open the red gate. Please close it behind you each time. Please look at the images below if you need instructions to open the gate latch.


Parking: Your parking space is in front of the RV, up against the railroad tie.


After you park, head to the side door of the RV. The RV is equipped with a key lock box. Please replace the key in the lockbox as there will be a set inside for you to use during your stay.

The internet modem/router is in the front of the RV in the cockpit area.

Television

TV- The TV is a smart TV with Roku. Turn on the TV with the power button. You'll enter your dates and from there you can then use your Netflix or Amazon Prime account to stream movies by choosing either as your source and logging in. To stream Live TV use the Roku Channel. The TV in the bedroom is a similar setup with a Roku Player, you'll use the TV remote to turn it on and control the volume, and the Roku remote to select your programming.

Trash and Recycling

There is a trash can under the sink and a blue recycling bin by the dining table. Please, no glass in the recycling.

If either gets full during your stay, please place your trash bag or recycling in the neighbors bin at 13 A. Gray is for trash, green is for recycling.

Fire Safety

The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink.

Breaker/ Fuse Box

If you should need to access the fuse box, it is located under the fridge, behind the cabinet door.

Other Important Items

Sewer and Toilet

If you will be staying for more than a few days, the sewer holding tank will likely become full. Please watch the video below and follow the steps outlined to drain it. 

Climate Control- Heat and A/C

A/C: There is an A/C on the ceiling in the living area and a portable unit in the bedroom closet. Please do not run either with the windows open or leave them running while you are out for the day/night. Once cooled off, use the 'low cool' setting to maintain.

Heat: There is a wall-mounted heater in the bedroom, just above the A/C unit. For extra cold nights, you may use the wall thermostat in the living room area. Set it to HEAT, then adjust to your desired temperature.

Outdoor Firepit/ Patio

The outdoor fire pit can be used all year. Please be sure to turn the gas tank off after you are done for the evening, do not burn wood or other foreign materials, and never leave it unattended

BBQ Grill

The outdoor charcoal grill can be used all year. Please do not burn wood or other foreign materials, and never leave it unattended.


Landscaping

The landscaper comes the second Monday of the month to clean the parking area and patio/ courtyard areas.

A range of options including wine, breakfast, baby equipment, etc. is available here . Find what you like and just let us know. We will make sure it is prepared for your arrival.

Late Night Fun


Spas

Ten Thousand waves is a world class Japanese style spa, less than twenty minutes from your residence! Enjoy the public baths or rent a private tub. Massages and various other treatments are available. Their restaurant, Izanami, is fabulous and serves izakaya small plates for sharing.

Ojo Caliente is about an hour or so north and boasts one of the oldest hot spring spas in the country. Historic, peaceful, and beautiful, this full-service spa is a must-see for folks interested in a day of pampering.


Horseback Riding

Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu offers trail rides through some of Northern New Mexico’s most scenic panoramas. The guides are well versed in the history of the property, from the early outlaws who settled there, to Georgia O’Keeffe’s legacy, not to mention prehistoric history that came before, and movie trivia that followed after (many movies have been filmed at Ghost Ranch). No experience necessary! The ranch is about an hour and fifteen minutes North.


The Santa Fe Ski Basin is about thirty minutes away. You can rent equipment at Alpine Sports in town or wait until you get to the mountain.


For some out of town fun, Taos is a beautiful hour and a half drive North West, and Albuquerque is about 45 minutes South. Both offer tastes of New Mexico not found anywhere else!

Getting Around

Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It’s no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America’s Top Rated Walking Cities.


The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle
Free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown.


Bus Service
Santa Fe has public transportation called Santa Fe Trails Bus Service.


Ride-Sharing Service
Uber & Lyft rides can easily be arranged in Santa Fe using their apps.


Downtown Parking
Metered parking spots in downtown Santa Fe cost $2.00 an hour and are in operation from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.


Bikeways and Trails
Bicycle paths and trails for all levels of riders are located in and around the city.
