CleanWave Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanWave: Quick Cleaner mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Services Provided
CleanWave provides storage cleaning and management tools, including cache cleanup, large file cleanup, screenshot cleanup, app management, and network activity information.
User Cleanup Decisions
The App helps you identify and manage storage-related items, but you are responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion, cleanup, or app uninstallation. You should back up important data before removing files or uninstalling apps.
Permissions
Some features require device permissions. You may grant or revoke permissions through your device settings. If required permissions are denied, some Services may be unavailable or limited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in violation of law, interfere with the Services, attempt to reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law, misuse the Services to harm others, or use the App for unauthorized or abusive purposes.
Ownership
The App, including software, design, content, branding, and features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Services may include or rely on third-party SDKs, tools, or services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
No Guarantee of Cleanup Results
Actual cleanup results depend on the files, cache data, screenshots, apps, permissions, and device conditions available at the time of use. We do not guarantee that any particular amount of space will be released.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if doing so is necessary to protect users, the Services, or our legal interests.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
