What is IB?

Welcome to an IB school!

Now, if it was ony clear what that meant. It is hard enough trying to make sense of middle school. Being asked to learn an entirely new vocabulary seems needlessly cruel.

The good news is, if you do not want to know anything about it --- you'll be fine. And if you do want to learn about it, recognize it is mostly a matter of translation. You most likely already understand these ideas. It is the language that makes IB seem so abstruse.

In that spirit, below is my attempt at an IB explainer. I hope this helps, but if it doesn't feel free to reach out with additional questions.
