Important Camp Info

Payments

Right now, the cost per student is $300. This includes monies raised last year as well as donations we have recieved to help lower costs.  We will start to collect payments in October.  You can pay all up front, monthly, or by May.  however, we do need a $50 deposit by November 20th to ensure a spot.  If you would like to start paying monthly,  $50 a month works out perfectly.  You can always pay more.  Currently, payments can be made in cash or check made payable to: Schweitzer 5th Grade Booster.  Please make sure to write on the memo line in the check your student’s name.    All student account balances are updated with payments and fundraisers.

Payment Plan and Timeline:

Overall Cost $300 per student.  due dates are as follows:

20th November $50 Deposit Due

18th December $50

22th January $50

26th February $50

19th March $50

30th April $50

If for any reason you need to make other arrangements for payments, please let us know as soon as possible.  

Fundraising

We have two seperate fundraisers for camp, one as a whole grade and the other as an individual fundraiser.

Whole 5th Grade Fundraiser-  We sell candy grams during halloween and Valentine's day.  Monies earned go towards students who need financial assistance to attend.

Chaperones/Drivers

Costs for Chaperones is $372 per chaperone.  We do not know exactly how many chaperones we can take until we know how many students are going.  We will know this by December.  Please be patient with us.  If you know you want to chaperone or drive, please make sure you are registered as a volunteer and have your current car insurance info and license on file with the office.  If you need help with this, please email your classroom teacher.  The link for volunteering is located here:
