If you are having issues with your iPad, turn it off and on again.
Press and hold the lock button at the top of your iPad until you see a slider to turn it off.
If you are still having issues with your iPad, try a Hard Reset
Press and hold the lock button AND the home button. Your iPad will turn off. KEEP PRESSING until the Apple logo appears on the screen
If you have having issues with a particular app, delete it, then re-install it from the App Portal.
