1. Fill out the Fed Ex Form to send us your contact information. Select the city you want to work in. Fill out the contact form attached to it. This is not the application, but it will give us the information we need to send you the application.

2. Check your email inbox. After you submit the contact form, you will receive the application link in your email from “Contracted Service Provider for FedEx” via donotreply@fadv.com.
3. Set up your online account and fill out the application. In the email from donotreply@fadv.com, click the blue button that says "Start". It is the link to set up your online profile with First Advantage. Once you set up your account, you can apply.
Note: A criminal background search, Motor Vehicle Record search, and drug screen are required as part of getting hired with FedEx Ground contractors.
TIPS FOR APPLYING
Only list jobs where you drove for the job. You need to prove one year of driving for the job experience in the last three years or five in the last 10 years.
First Advantage will be calling your previous and/or current employer to verify the dates you drove for the job, so make sure to list a contact that you know will be available to respond to a call and verify those dates.
The dates you list as driving for the job will need to match up with the dates that your current or previous employer verifies. We recommend reaching out to them to be sure your dates are matching. List "unemployed" for jobs that didn’t include driving.
For work verification and home address verification, make sure your first entry choice is "current through today” even if your entry is not employed.
Make sure you scroll down within each screen on the application. Some of the screens have multiple places to scroll down and check boxes before proceeding.
If you haven't received a statement from the website stating that you've submitted the application, you haven't finished the application!
There is a chat box in the bottom left of the screen within the First Advantage application.
