In partnership with UCSD Division of Extended Studies, San Diego Unified School District offers a no-cost Induction Program to Certificated Teachers who meet the eligibility requirements which include:
1.0 FTE (Full-time certificated position)
Probationary or Permanent contract status
Unexpired preliminary credential posted on the CTC website

Induction Program Components
The Distinct Sponsored Induction program has both online and in-person components. You will complete asynchronous courses online through the Canvas platform and your individualized mentoring sessions (1 hour per week on average, when school is in session) will be some combination of online and in-person meetings (Zoom).
