About
My name is Jill Prier. This is my 13th year working with a dedicated group of professionals as the High School Diploma Liaison for TRACE School. It is our responsibility to meet student’s unique needs while empowering them to strive for the best version of themselves. My ultimate goal is to provide the educational and emotional support necessary for students to earn a high school diploma and exit our program with the literacy skills, resilience, and confidence necessary to achieve success regardless of the path they choose.
I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I possess Education Specialist Credentials in Mild/Moderate and Mod/Severe, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. I have taught all grade levels from Infancy through Adult Education. In addition, I have 30 years experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends who share an interest in my love of fashion design, Interior Design and outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
