PLEASE COMPLETE
What are LCFF forms and why are they important?
Collecting fully completed LCFF forms makes a significant difference in the amount of Title I and LCFF funding CHS receives. They’re also important for AP and SAT fee waivers.
LCFF paper forms will be distributed to students 2nd period Monday
Parents have two options in submitting their LCFF form to CHS and earning funding for students and programs on our campus.
Parents may enter LCFF data in PowerSchool through their Parent Portal account using this Job Aid,
OR
Parents may complete the paper form that was sent home with their child. Please ask your student for the form, fill it out, and return it to the front office at your earliest convenience.
If you have any additional questions about this form, contact the front office staff at (619) 605-2600.
Thank you for helping us reach our goal of 100% completion of LCFF forms for the 2023-2024 school year and getting funding for the students of Clairemont.
