CHS SPIRIT WEEK DRESS UP THEMES

SECOND SEMESTER SCHEDULE RELEASE DATE

All second semester schedules for the 2021-2022 school year will be made available in PowerSchool on Monday, January 10. After reviewing your schedule, if you would like to speak with your counselor, please use the Counseling Appointment Request Form located on our website under the "Counseling" tab. Schedule Change Appointments will be scheduled for the following dates and will be processed in the order they are received.

• Seniors - Tuesday, January 11

• Juniors - Wednesday, January 12

• Sophomores - Thursday, January 13

• Freshman - Friday, January 14

Schedules need to be reviewed prior to attempting to schedule a schedule change. Any appointments prior to 1/10 will need to be resubmitted.

NEW VICE PRINCIPAL

On Tuesday, December 7, the San Diego Unified Board of Education announced the appointment of Mrs. Karly Johnstone to the position of Vice Principal at Clairemont High School. Vice Principal Johnstone will begin at CHS on Monday, December 13. Please join us all in congratulating VP Johnstone and welcome her to the CHS community.

SITE GOVERNANCE TEAM (SGT)

The CHS Site Governance Team (SGT) will be meeting on Tuesday, December 14 at 3:45 in Room 114. Students, staff, and parents are welcome to attend any and all SGT meetings. More information about our SGT can be found by clicking HERE.

For this blood drive CHS will be handing out a $14 voucher for the broken yolk cafe and those who donate can also apply for a scholarship as well. Seniors who donate now and in May will also get a red cord for graduation.

CHS COUNSELING GOOGLE CLASSROOMS

The CHS Counseling Staff has created grade level Google Classrooms to provide students with resources and supports during Online Learning. Although students were automatically enrolled in these classrooms based on their grade level, please have your child check their Google Classroom suite to be sure they are able to access this valuable resource.
