Bird Watching Journal
(or make a nature journal!)
This week we are doing some projects around birds. Bird watching is a hobby enjoyed by many people. You can do bird watching from your home, on the beach, in the mountains - anywhere!
Many bird watchers keep a journal of what they find. They draw pictures, make notes, even use watercolor paint!
Often they will draw different bird parts in detail - like a close up drawing of their beaks, feet, and feathers. They will draw the bird in flight as well as how they perch.
Bird watching is for all ages.
But you don't have to just do birds - we can change it into a Nature Journal...more to come.
