The English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) is California’s new English proficiency assessment for students whose primary language is other than English. ELPAC will help identify students who are learning English receive the appropriate language supports needed to do well in school and access the full curriculum.
ELPAC will be administered to all students who have been identified as English Learners beginning this spring of 2018. The ELPAC window for SDUSD is from February 1, 2018 to March 16, 2018.
