SDUSD Virtual Calming Room

Welcome to the SDUSD Virtual Calming Room, created by the Counseling and Student Support Services Department. This has been created to be a safe space where students and families can find various tools to help with managing their emotions, feelings, and stress. 

The Counseling and Student Support Services Department wants you to know and understand that your feelings are valid. You may be feeling scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, stressed, happy, thankful, calm, silly, optimistic, determined, etc. All of those feelings are normal and expected, even during an uncertain time. Please don't forget to take care of your self and your loved ones.
