Fostering Safe Learning Environments
The safety of our students, staff and families is our main priority. In a continuous effort to foster safe and inclusive school environments, we would like to provide our San Diego Unified community the following information:
a) Our district’s Nondiscrimination Policy for District Programs and Activities, inclusive of protections for gender identity and gender expression.
b) Our Student Nondiscrimination and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment Policy, inclusive of reporting procedures; and,
c) Information on our Title IX sexual harassment complain procedures, including provisions for ensuring schools are free from sexual harassment, harassment, discrimination, intimidation and bullying.
